Lionlift GS18-11D weighs 3 tons, the CTE Traccess 135 weighs 1.6 ton. It is the hirer's responsibility to make sure that the surface is capable of taking the necessary load.

Our platforms can be used indoors on 240V power which is normally used inside buildings. If a suitable supply is not available we can provide power at an additional cost.
All outdoor hires are subject to weather conditions, especially strong winds which would necessitate cancellation. Under such curcumstances we will rebook another date at the first available opportunity at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to request a written surveyors report detailing ground conditions where the hired equipment is to be set up if required.
Congestion charge will be charged at prevailing rate for delivery and collection within, or through the zone.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide or pay for parking as applicable. Please note that to enable loading/unloading the lift, 3 car parking spaces / bays are required if no off street facilities are available. It is the hirer's responsibility to provide the parking facilities required.
We reserve the right to charge £100 for cleaning if the equipment is returned significantly dirty.
Our vehicles have on board 6Kw diesel generators supplying 240v or 110v electricity. We can provide power leads and lighting The cost for using these facilities are £10 per hour or part thereof.
HD Video and HD still photography provided on discs for your own viewing is chargeable at £80 + VAT plus lift and operator charges shown above.
All equipment is hired out under the terms of the 2001 CPA Model Conditions without exception.
Hirer needs to obtain hired in plant insurance to cover the cost of the hired equipment. This can be arranged through us unless hirer provides proof of evidence that he has this insurance.
A deposit will be payable in advance. The amount will be determined on a case by case basis.
The hirer is responsible for all fuel, oil, grease, and day to day maintenance while the hired equipment is in their possession.
The hirer is responsible for making sure the hired equipment is secure, especially when unattended.
The cost of delivery and collection will be added to the final bill dependant on the time taken to complete the journey.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the hired equipment will be returned in a clean and undamaged state.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to notify us of cancellation for any reason including weather conditions with a minimum of two hours notice. Failing this all charges agreed will be payable in full.
